About Santina



 

Santina fell in love with the art of belly dance at a very early age, when her parents used to take her to a local restaurant known for its great dancers. It wasn't until years later that she began her intensive dance training, but she has always been involved in the performing arts.  

 

Santina has been known to drive over an hour across state lines just to attend weekly belly dance classes. She now resides in New Orleans where she teaches, performs and continues her dance studies. Santina is a solo performer as well as dancing with a professional dance troupe. She performs Egyptian & American cabaret,  which is known for its elegance, class an dynamic style. Her passion and love for belly dance continues to grow and remains an important part of her life.
